- We ship items that are in stock immediately. Items, that are not in stock take 1-2 weeks to order. Storage beds and captain beds are made to order within 1 week. Shipping is FREE within Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and parts of the Bronx and Staten Island. Assembly & walk ups are not included. Curbside delivery only.
- We schedule deliveries 7 Days a week 8am to 9pm, Once we confirm that your order is in stock we will contact you with the earliest delivery date & a quote for the assembly service.
- Customers within the five boroughs of N.Y.C.only may request to have the furniture taken up/in ( flights of stairs ) and installed at an extra charge. We have found our customers appreciate the effort we make to save them money with personalized attention to their needs instead of inflating our prices. We will always contact you prior to processing your order to offer you the assembly service.
- We ship outside the NEW YORK CITY area. We find the most convenient and least expensive way to ship products to our customers. Depending on the weight, size and destination, shipping charges will vary. Whenever possible we use UPS or Fed Ex; in cases of oversized items we use a common carrier trucking service.
